A work force of highly skilled and passionate experts whose main objective is to introduce a special customer experience throughout the service centers. Raya After-sales service reflects the highest technical levels of repair in an ultra-modern repair factory with 100% compliance with Brands' standards. In line with Raya group vision of diversifying the portfolio within its operations; Raya After-sales services expanded its portfolio to include Consumer Electronics & IT Products services. Working successfully with the most trusted Brands in the market (SAMSUNG, Xerox, Dell, Canon & Asus), Raya After-sales services expanded further in West Africa. Raya Nigeria has been established in 2007, serving now more than 10,000 customers through a network of 17 Touch Points all over Nigeria, covering the highest market share brands in Nigeria (Nokia, SAMSUNG, Huawei, Lenovo, Motorola, Wiko and Fero)
